Heartland Motors Championship BBQ Team will be cooking in our 6th year at firemans field in Sebring. 52 Teams from all over the country will be there to try and dethrone us as the grand champions. Friday night is a great time and even better food. Hope to see you there.

1st place in brisket,.......... I believe it. That was the BEST I have ever had. Sorry we dipped out so early. Hope you will be at Smokin on the Water in Winter Haven. They said it is the Florida State Championship so I imagine yall will be there. |
