quad makes spinning noise when i shut off engine

my 250ex is making a noise when i shut it off. Its almost sounds like a wheel spinning. It was bogging out alittle when i hit some serious whoops really fast but i think thats because of the air filter being dirty. Any ideas what this noise could be.

Bogging on woops might be a carb problem.(Float level)
I have not owned a 250, but I think you are hearing the starter clutch.

I agree with Mars I had a 300ex that made a noise when shut it off it was a spinning/rotating noise and it was the starter clutch.
