i am going to hardrock mx in a couple of weeks just to mess around one day for practice.
my question is,what are the gear requirements to practice besides a helmet of course.
i looked on there website but couldnt find any info.

As much gear as possible  Wink I seen some guys in Helmets and street clothes there and no one said a thing.
  We ride there and race mini quads there. You will have fun definitely try all the tracks. they just redone the main course its long and has tons of elevation changes. Ride safe.
