i am going to hardrock mx in a couple of weeks just to mess around one day for practice.
my question is,what are the gear requirements to practice besides a helmet of course.
i looked on there website but couldnt find any info.

I only ever wear gloves, helmet and boots. If it's a quad your riding then nerf bars are helpful but not necessary. -Mark
