Hi,, we have never been to the Mudfest but heard it was lots of fun,, can you let me know where you go and how you get there from Cocoa ,, we would travel 95 south,, also is it $15 a person or $15 a car load or what and one more thing do you have to have helmets???  Just wondering  like I said we have never been there. Do they let kids ride around there or is that a no too,, please let me know these things because we are thinking seriously about coming out.
Thanks for the info in advance!

Hey, I'm not sur eif this is the quickest route but you can take I-95 SOUTH all the way down to Ft. Peirce. You need to get off at the "OKEECHOBEE ROAD" EXIT. It's right past the "ORANGE AVENUE" EXIT so just keep an eye out for those. Once you get on OKEECHOBEE ROAD, start heading west(you'll take a right at the end of the offramp Grin). Then you've got about a 40-50 minute drive down HWY 70 until you hit the gates for Mudfest.

Dont worry about missing Mudfest, HWY 70 will literally take you right to it. When you start seeing the mud on the road then you know your close. Also, ther eis a BP gas station about 1/8 mile away from the gates so you can always stop there to restock refreshments.

And no, there are no helmet rules and kids can ride. Last year I saw a baby-seat on the back of an atv so be careful out there and make sure you kids stick close because theres alot smart people but theres also alot of dumb people out there too.

I would NOT go up 27 if I were you.  95 straight up to Ft. Pierce(hwy 70) west seems like it would be easier.

Another option to check out would be I95 to Beeline(Blue Heron) N to Okeechobee & pick up Hwy 70 there.

Hope it helps....

its 7 miles east of 441 on Rt 70... Okeechobee is dead center on the intersection of 441 and 70 on Mapquest... do search to there

The Beeline is definetly the best way.  Pick it up at Blue Heron (from I95) or if you come up the turnpike their is a sun pass only exit at Northlake Blvd. if no sun pass exit at PGA Blvd. west to Beeline.

We are going Friday.

It's for sale. I'm asking $1,200 or best offer for it. You can come check it out whenever you like. I think it's about 10 miles from your house.

What all is wrong with it for the low price?

We will probably be taking my wifes truck (tranny just went out on mine) - Red 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 with a big trailer on the back with a couple of Kawasaki Utes

Im not sure where we will be parking yet though. Do you have a # you can PM me so we can meet up once were there?
