Anyone else ever have one of these? OUCH!

This is my current midevil torture device. I have had the plaesure of wearing this fashionable piece of body art and its 16 through and through punctures and 6, 3/8 inch bolts threaded into my bone for almost 3 months now. Neet huh?
Everytime I see that cute Honda commercial with the kids singing I WANNA RIDE I almost tear up,lol.

I honestly think God had something else for me to do and decided to keep me here. I should have died. That was my pregnant wife peering in through the cut off roof. I think I was to stay here and be a good parent for my kids. If your wondering, I was visiting in miami and a couple guys pulled a gun on me and tried to get my car. STUPID ME , took off, was chased and don't remember what all happened. Hit a tree. I should have smiled and handed them the keys but I was in fear of being shot anyway.

d**n, dat tells u how much good ppl r in this world. hope u get better soon. well u aint the only 1 dat happen 2. it happen to my mom once. but my mom is krazy. she had on this huge diamond ring on and me and her were goin to the marina to meet up with my step-dad to goto elliot key. we were at a red.this guy pulled up next to her and pulled a gun and told her to give him her ring. well my mom laughed at him reached under her seat and pulld out her gun. cocked it and pointed it at the guy. when she did that the guy took the red light and sped off. make a long story short we got his tag and he got arrested for having a gun that wasnt his and he was on bond for drugs.

Thanks for all the well wishes. This accidents happened on mothers day 2000. Since then I have had over 14 different surgeries and different fixations,(plates,bolts,screws, casts etc etc) This current device I went to a guy thats supposed to be the best in the world. It so far looks like its healing and I might hav it off in a month or two then into a cast for a while. The BEST thing about this is I have been here for everyday of my Little Buddies life, He has really kept me going and I just love waking up and getting a big hug and I love you dad. He has been in some pics on his quad before. He'll be 5 in august. My wife had to drive herself to the hospital in labor as I sat in the passenger side with my crutches. Its been a HUGE life lesson. I have had pleanty of time to think about things over the past 4+ years. Thanks Y'all.
