i need to buy a throttle cable and rings, but i can figure out what year it is. it looks like pics of 88's i've found, but how can i tell for sure?

theres no year on the stickers, nothing on the front of the frame, and i can find any numbers on the lower frame near the shifter... am i looking in the right place?

Not sure. Look around the frame somewhere. Maybe around the front part.
