not positive but on banshee's i think all you do is unplug wires coming from top of carb. try it ,see if it works. Vito's prob. sells a kit were you take tors off and have just a cable & a cap goin into carb.

New carb!  My TORS idle mechanism broke off inside, answer:  new carb.  You need to splice the wires together for it to work without the tors.
