the starter, it just spins and spins, and we took it apart and it seemed fine and then we found 4 nuts that were just behind the flywheel and have no idea whats happening or wher they came from, now it still spins and spins and nothing sounds as it's engaging, HELP!!!

sounds like the one way clutch has come apart remove the starter and try to spin the other gear by finger if it just spins the I would think the bolts broke or came loose and fell out I have seen this happen to the ltz's and raptors you will haft to remove the flywheel to repair

got the comp manual, and it shows that the sprag is screwed on to the back of the fly wheel, and that takes a special puller, we got that from my dads friend bryan of bryans 2 strokes and then the threads pulled out of the puller and we read that you need to heat the flywheel up alot until, you see the thread lock melts out and then pull it because they come with tons of threadlock on it stock so now we are waiting on 2 more pullers, one for him and one for us, lol, didn't get to go to ocala with us Cry but we still had fun, thanks for the advice tho
