Old enough to know better, still too young to care

No helmet, and riding double at a high rate of speed.  I think I am gonna start speaking my mind to people I see riding in my neighborhood without helmets.

Find out where they live and speak with the parents, they might not like it, but at least you've done what you could.

my friend actually went to school with the girl that died and knew her, i just cant belive that something like this happens, if your riding, where a helmet, espically near a road (which they were) i just cannot belive this the only way our sport becomes looked upon and it becomes so negative so fast.

Its due to 2 things. One, the media is bias and seems to want to help ban atv's because the environmentalist are paying to get them to do so and 2 is a lack of knowledge on the part of the people. Most people know what an atv is but whenever something like this happens, its just blame the atv. Never mind that little cyindy or bobby was riding two up on an atv way to big on a public road. Couldnt have ANYTHING to do with the death. Now if your axle flys off or your playing chicken with the semi or big fence post then ofcourse its your falt. Then naturally you have the wonderful CPSC comming in to save the day and passing another stuipid rule to make themselves look good. Then the process repeats itself. So just incase you were wondering why we get all the crap thats a little breakdown.. Lecture
