go to home depot, buy some pvc (the flexible kind), go home, take the plastic off, unhook the stock snorkel from airbox, hook the pvc you just bought up to the airbox, and run it wherever you want it. that is how i am gonna build one.

The tranny and intake are all just 3 tubes between 1.5 and 2" I think. Get a bunch of PVC and PVC glue and it should be easy.

take the stock intake tube off. it should unclamp from the air box. when that is off put a piece of pvc there and run it where ever you want it. what i dont know how to do is the tranny and all that. i can do the air box but i dont know where the other lines are.

Gotta watch the air fuel mixture when doing that Kodiak. The Stock lid has the snorkle attatched , so you will need a 3-2 inch rubber coupler. you will need to force the 3 inch part on the oblong stock snorkle...then probably cut the plastic around the gas Tank shroud and run your 2 inch PVC to the racks. That or seal off the stock airbock hole and make a new hole out the side or front and run your PVC. Stay with 2 inch or bigger.

We tend to take the stock snorkel that fits snug into the intake hole on the airbox, cut it up, and stick a tube into the small bit of the stock snorkel left. It works well. Remember to use the purple PVC glue on everything and silicone where it goes into the airbox.

Do not for get to Snorkle the Belt Exhaust... That is what I was going to say. You need 1 for Air Intake, 1 for Belt Exhaust and 1 for Belt intake.

If you look at your belt Housing you will see the intake running from the housing to the front rack You found that...the Belt Exhaust runs out the back of the belt housing on the Right side ( as you sit on the quad). look under the plastic you will see an open ended Hard plastic tube running to the back of the Belt housing. That Too needs to be snorkled.
