well its not really the bike, its more about how much endurance u have and what your riding abilty is, so if your a good rider you would probly do good, definly worth a try... QS#1 was my first race on my stock(minus redone suspension) 450r and i did pretty good(3rd in c open) |

Lets just say, 5 riders had to line up BEHIND us.
Also, randal.. Having your shocks redone isnt considered stock anymore. You have more of a advantage over someone with stock suspension.

DMC has the "afterburner" it is a very quiet pipe Matt good race yesterday |

Send your rear shock to GT Thunder and for less than $400, you can have a bad arse rear to fly over the bumps. Then get some tires. Doing XC, you'd be totally wasting your money piping and jetting.  |
