There will be a public hearing on Oct. 10th concerning the ordinance to opt out. Here is a link.

Never ceases to amaze me how people discuss completely unrelated things to justify their position.
What in the world does the death of a kid on an atv at a Fully sanctioned racetrack have to do with allowing people over the age of 16 to drive their atv on a dirt road under 35mph during the day?
