If you owned that issue of dirtwheels you would know that whole article is B/S... Both of those bike were reworked, they even say it in the article (motor work). Notice how at the bottom it says STOCK YFZ, and STOCK TRX...  Is 0.6 MPH really that big of a difference now, come on. |

The problem for you Honda guys is that we can accelerate to our slow azz top speed and then stop and take a break for you to catch up while you guys are still waiting to reach you superior top speed. Git it RAG.

well they didnt mess up that bad. there are three timing marks on the flywheel. 1-1 1 you are supposed to use the last 1 they said to use the 1st one. not that big of a deal just timing will be off a tad.

LOL! Yeah, no, the Yamaha's are fast bikes, just look at this years points standings. I think they actually give out ribbons for 7th and 9th place. 2 in the top 10, they must really haul! Pro Class Standings - After Round 14 of 14 1 Joe Byrd - Hon 308 2 Doug J. Gust - Suz 302 3 Keith Little - Hon 226 4 Jeremiah Jones - Suz 222 5 John Natalie - Hon 212 6 Dustin Wimmer - Hon 203 7 Patrick Brown - Yam 153 8 John Haavisto - Hon 150 9 Travis Spader - Yam 140 10 Harold Goodman - Hon138 I don't know, I think Honda occupying 6 of the top 10 spots in the most competitive class in MX is pretty good for a slow low end. Maybe you Yamaha riders shouldn't wait TOO long for us to catch up! |

It's got an aluminum frame.
Looks better suited for a trail bike.
I don't think it's suited for your "style of riding" ya crazy bastid.
You'd tweak that frame in a heart beat.
