I'd love to do some woods type racing on my 700 Polaris. Maybe enduro style or something like that. I'm not sure whats available out there so if someone can hook me up I'd really appreciate it.

Hey man, you are in luck!! Florida trail riders and CFTR is hosting a event in Orlando this weekend and the next. This weekend will be a harescramble with bikes and quads, the next will be ONLY quads on race day and that is called Quadscramble. They have utility classes!! Check out www.floridatrailriders.org for any information.

Here are some things you WILL need:
MX Boots
Helmet
Number plates front and back
Working tether kill switch
FTR membership
FTR transponder (used for scoring)

Its not too late to join this weekend. I have seen utility bikes run in the regular harescramble series.
http://www.floridatrailriders.org/flyer/HS01_CFTR_091706.pdf That is the flyer and entry form for this weekend
If you decide to attend, bring an extra $40 for ATVA membership.

Hope to see you out there!!

Oh, incase you didnt know what harescrambles where, they are tracks set in the woods, usually anywhere from 5 to 15 miles long. For the harescramble series, you have one hour and thirty minutes to finish, in the quadscramble, you have two hours.

He's right! Come on out with that Polaris! The first event is the 23rd(next weekend) and is NOT AMA sanctioned. So you won't have to join ATVA just yet to ride this event.

Yeah, bring your butt out to the race it's going to be fun!!!  If you go to floridatrailriders.org, go to the forums and then to the harescramble section.  There is google earth shot of the course.  It's going to be a blast to ride.
