does any one no about the spot at the end of comercial and sawgrass if thats ok to ride there or do the cops give u problems? its across from the car places.

no u can not ride there, sunrise police will give you a ticket.. some peep still gothere, but u take a chance..better off at sawgrass commerce park in coral springs, or goto the only legal spot in broward, holylands.

lol, the day after christmas 2 years ago, we were ther and who shows up? the cops, they gane everyone warnings for tresspasing, we had been going there for a long time, but when were there someone had cut the chain on the backside next to the buisness complex so they could get their jeep in to the big mud pits in the back, but before that we had been back there many times. one of my dads friends son lives east of university on commercial and he rides his dirtbike there through neighbrohoods and if the police comes he takes the bacck way out and runs |

I was there today. Pretty fun. Since Holey lands is only Levee riding right now, I figured I'd try something new. Where is the Coral Springs spot? You can PM me if you don't want to post it.

There's no riding areas in Coral Springs Corporate Park anymore. All the last bits of land are being developed now. I work and own property in the corporate park so you can trust me on this.

ok i belive u , there is still the place behind green thumb that goes out and back by the leeve thing there there is a nice pit right there that i was at yesterday its just really deep and thick mud and i am freidns with the c s police and they said they dont really care if yr back theer but there are alot of new cops that are by the books and will give u traspasing tickets if cought

There might only be about 10 acres left behind Green Thumb and it certainly isn't worth driving to unless you live in Coral Springs. The 20 acres at 120th and 39th was fun but it even got small after about 1/2 hour. The biggest problem with the people using the Corporate Park were the paint ballers. They went around shooting all the buildings and the owners got sick of cleaning up their messes. Same old story; the few ruin it for the many. And C.S.P.D. will bust your ass out there if they have to respond. The owner of the storage that had his chain cut makes a point to go out there on weekends to have the police run off the few that still show up. He also had a trailer full of Waverunners stolen so he has a bit of a chip on his shoulder about people being out there.

o i didnt no anything got stolen the cspd always say its contrutction zone but technicly as long as u are not where the signs are posted they cant get u for anything but u will have to goto court. i mainly bring my truck out there alot of fun in that but since i live less than 3 min from there its the close and fun ride to take a few hours up for me.
