Last year we rode the Hatfeild-Mcoy trails. They are great. But farther than I want to travel. Do you know of any good places to ride in Ga. or N.C. someplace with lots of trails for all day rides. I want to take my wife on a short vacation. We had agreat time at the Hatfeild-Mcoy trails going to go again next year.

We like going to Durhamtown Plantation in Union Point, GA. It is about 1.5hours East of Atlanta. Great riding and super nice people.

Thanks Bigscrb15, I'll check it out sounds good. I was considering Tellico OHV area in Murphy,N.C. but heard it is real rocky and my wife has a 2 wheel drive Ozark. Not a good combination. I'll try Tellico some other time.

I was considering Tellico OHV area in Murphy,N.C. You don't wanna go there with 2wd and an inexperienced rider. Winche prefered at quite a few places. Rocks are everywhere and not everybody might have a good time.

Tellico isn't all that bad I took an 0zark and a blaster got on a few of the higher trails and had no problems my 11 year old on the blaster went through everything. Just don't go to the extreme trails you should be ok

There is a trail system near Sylva, N.C. . I think it is called the Roy Taylor Trail System. Planning on taking the wife and kids there next summer.

Durhamtown was great! My family went in April. I have a 7 year old son and he did the drag strip and the peewee trake and loved it great way to spend family time. We are going back in November for ThanksGiving week.

The Roy Taylor trails are outstanding.... We went last summer and had a ball! 28 miles of trails that are well marked and maintained by a ORV club up there.
