All are great bikes. Each has its strengths and weaknesses. This is my 2 cents. Whooped out high speed trails "Predator"  Trails "Raptor" Adrenalin junkies "YFZ" mx trail compromise "TRX, BUT ONLY IF YOU DONT MIND KICKING IT OVER"  myself YFZ .

450R best overall mix of performance and rider comfort.
Raptor is fun comfortable and fast, but tippy.
YFZ450 is a good performer, seat is like a piece of wood and you need arms lik Arnold Schwarzenegger to be able to use the thumb throttle for any extended period of time.
I have never ridden a Predator.

YFZ, for MX and trails.... 450R is good on the trails, but the yfz has a lower center of gravity, and just seems to be the main choice for both MX and XC. I love my YFZ
