Yeah, Charlotte is a progressive city. That's place sounds like it's well planned out.


Anyone who's been to Durhamtown in GA will tell you how cool a well planned out riding place can be.


And when it's done right, they can be a real economic jugernaut for the owners as well as increasing tax revenues and attracting tourism dollars.

We need a place like this in Florida. HAHAHA like that will ever happen. Wasn't trying to be rude by correcting you. Just a bad habit of mine. Hopefully we will have a riding spot here in Polk County soon.

Looks very well thought out and the one way trails with difficulty levels is the way to go. I will check it out one day, that is for sure.
