Folks, i just came from the Collier County court house to file an injunction against SFWMD and their default on the contract. It's going to cost 255.00 to file the paperwork plus 20.00 to have the sheriff summons the party, in addition to this, if i summons the wrong party(person), i just lost 275.00 and need to do it all over again.Given that i do this correctly, i can represent myself, however if the judge thinks that i dont know the law, he will order me to get an attorney, if i dont, all that money down the drain. We can win, but we have to come together and start "CONTRIBUTING" TO THE CAUSE....

So I assume you are going to get an attorney, if so how much do you think it is going to run?  Just an idea so we can all see what we are shooting for.

They make take up your cause for free.

You might consider looking into it.

(Besides, they love to bust the government's chops)


And I'll throw in the $20.00 bucks to cover the cost of serving the papers. (Might as well, the government's getting my money one way or another)
