what is the best plastic out there for a yfz? i looked at fullbore, laker, and maier. is there anything else and which one do you think is the best?

there is also pollisport
i like the maier. they are cheaper than all the others and they look good. (the race fenders)
the lakers are almost identical but more expensive
and fullbores are also freat looking but once again they are expensive.

not on a yfz. i hate all the 5 peice crap. i like the one peice fronts and 1 peice rear. so much easier to clean and work on the bike.

the stock rears are 1 piece but the fronts are a pain, ive seen how easy 53yfz450s are to take off, and he had maier

what do you mean you have a different battery box? is it the lsr box? if so what does it do? and if not what kind is it and what does it do?

its an HEP. the reason i got it is because i kept puting holes in the battery from bottoming out on the brake. this ones half the size.

Aint it alot of money to do that, change the battery box. Dont you have to change some other stuff also?

nope all you need to do is cut out the stock one and replace it with the new one.

If you want to get a great battery box, go with a walsh one. Do it right the first time and you won't have any problems.

Aint it alot of money to do that, change the battery box. Dont you have to change some other stuff also? all it says to do is cut out the old box and it bolts right up. it has pics of it.
