As we all have noticed, our riding areas, are decreasing to say the least. Well, this past weekend i was in D.C. and noticed quads riding everywhere, streets, freeways and what not. Why is it that at
our
nations capitol
, people are able to ride there quads around just about any where and we are restricted to a few areas? This really got me going when we were on a freeway( the name slipped my mind) leaving D.C., and not ten minutes out of D.C. did a group of sport quads come right behind our truck, pass us doing wheelies and continue on down the freeway like it was nothing but a normal day. I also had the expeirence to witness big utes. and sport quad "gangs" roaming the streets in Finksburg Maryland like it was also just another day of riding, and you know what? Not one cop was to be seen to do anything about them, yet, when i get my blaster started in the garage, ten minutes later comes the cops. Well now i feel good, i was able to let all this off my shoulders.

Move to D.C.? Ummmm, no thanks. You should get of the Freeway or Beltway and check out some of those "Suburbs" in D.C.. Makes Liberty City, Miami look like the Bahamas.

I saw quads sport and utes during my South Dakota vacation in the begining of June. I saw several riding through Rapid City, I know I did a double take but they had tags on em so I reckon it's legal.
