I was wondering if anyone knew about CR motorsports park, and if anyone has ever been there before. I was wondering if anyone knew about if it was just a big mud pit or does it have a system of trails? also I hear about a place called l-cross. Does l-cross have a system of trails or is that the same as cr motorsports park? the reason that I am asking about this is that I am planning to go riding and I want to know what is that better place worth my driving time from St. Pete.

Please help

Many Thanks,
Rob

L-cross has over 600 acres of land. There are trails.

Okay, I only been to l-cross once, so don't consider me an expert on L-Cross, but I really can't say they have trails, perhaps a few little trails to get to the next mud hole, but not really trails.  But understand, what I call trails, is something that you can get on and just ride, at the least 1 hour.  I don't remember seeing that at l-cross.  Even my 7 year old son, said they don't have trails.  But someone did mention that they do a group thing, perhaps they do and that would be cool.

Dont get me wrong, l-cross was an experience, and if you like mud, there are some big mud wholes.

ok holylands sucks ass.....its nothin but a mile long dirt road that ya drive up and down on all damm day,now what kinda fun is that. you also have FWC out there givin ya sh*t for every little thing. and ocala as far as i understand you have to pay to ride. that to me also sucks ass and takes the fun out of riding. now Lake Placid in my opinion is the best place to ride. theres miles of trails there and you could spend a whole day riding without being bothered by anybody. its literally acres and acres of trails that you dont have to pay to ride or worry about police or FWC bothering you. im up there at least twice a month and i couldnt imagine a better place to ride. so Lake Placid to me is the best place you can go to ride.

ocala is the best riding in fla. I dont know who told you it cost money to ride there cause we have been riding there for six years. and you can ride all day and never hit the same trail once you learn the forest.

Where is lake placid ?  is it all just private property? or is there a set area for riding that cops and fwc will not be there to ticket you? I live in St. Petersburg and I want to not be dissapointed and have a day cut short by cops.

I also live in S. St.Pete.I ride all the way to Ocala because it's a hell of a place to ride. You don't have to pay, but there is a new enforcement on titled quads. You have to take the vin number and get a title and sticker. Get a sticker like the one on the back of your car, and put it on the back of your quad.AND THEY ARE CHECKING QUADS!!! CubnFrank got a warning ticket on the last ride.
I think that's kewl for all those loser quad thieves .Now they can get caught if there out there on a stolen quad.

I agree with Scratch, Ocala rocks big time! I actually live in Tampa and I drive right past Croom to go to Ocala. Croom is only 25 mins away from me and I used to think it was pretty cool, but once you go to Ocala, that is the only place you will want to ride. A buddy and myself found some new trails out the last time we went and we were actually able to do some 5th gear riding! Man what a thrill that was. That is another good thing about Ocala. You can go many times and not even hit the same trails twice. So basically IMO, Ocala is the best place from ST. Pete. You get miles of trails, free riding, and something for everyone! What more could you ask for? Grin
