just got it saturday, 2001 ram 1500, 5.2 liter 4x4, only 34,000 miles, very clean, tell me what ya'll think of all the chrome trim, im not sure, but all my friends tell me to leave it on.

remove the crome. Looks clean. If you have any questions about modifications to your truck ask wilburzbro. he's got one that he has done alot to.

im not doing much as far as mods because i bought the extended warranty with no deductibe and i dont want to void it. im definastely gonna put some bigger tires on when those wear out.

well im getting rid of the trim, im buying a black diamond plated tool box, which i think will look great and match with the black in the rims, so the chrome has to go. i guess the guy who owned it before never used it due to it only having 35,000 miles but it also didnt have a hitch or front tow hooks, what good is a truck(4x4 at that) without a hitch or hooks. well i took care of that, just put a hitch on and bought a set of front hooks from dodge. thanks for the input guys. oh yea in case anybodys ever wondered, those roll on bed liner kits they sell at the auto parts stores works really well, i just did it myself and it has come out great, and i usually mess stuff up but its awesome. $100 do it yourself kit is a lot better than $500 for local truck shops to do it.
