Hey Mike  I just talked to Mr Chad and he advised me he shipped the shocks this weekend!!!! Did he by chance call you...he CALLED ME BACK in less than 1 min. Would you like me to call him back for the tracking info?  Loven That's great! Now that we know we have the right guys info, I can give him a call from my job and scare him up a bit. It'll show up on his ID as the Sheriff Dept. Should put alil fire under his bottom to get you those shocks. Let me know  I called the cell number from the original post..could be the email I sent him. I sent an email the day this was posted and advised Chad that legally if he did not want Lisa Pauli or whoever she is to be arrested (that could include felony charges due to the amount being over 500 bucks) that this needed to be handled. I told him I had already talked to the Medina Sheriffs Dept (which I really did) and they would go after who took the money..that all they needed was a police report from the local police here in Florida for them to pursue it and make and attempt to scare them into paying this back. Funny as I was typing this he just called me again.. I know he is not a nice guy for what he has done to Mike but I have to say he is really nice to me. Mike if ya need anything else please get in touch with me.. I just really hope he did ship them. When ya get a min check out this link..this is something I managed to do for someone else that lives in Lousiana whom I never met. I hate it when people get screwed!!! Ok well me and Mr Chad are really getting into it now (text messages). I just hope everyone here has my back cause he had stopped being nice to me for a minute- that is until I convinced him that different states carry different laws boy oh boy did his tone change. I have no clue about different laws but boy I can sure sound like I do..lol. (I did talk to the sheriffs in Medina County,OH again and they told me it depends on how the police report is filed what they can do - they now know my name lol I talked to them so much)
Motomike - we need to 3way call him when I get off work (he knows my number and will take the call) are you going to be available? Also will you send me your number in a pm please so I can talk to you?
On the text messages does anyone know is there any way to get a written copy of the text messages that have gone back and forth between our phones or is that just on CSI. lol
On another note I will know by tonight when I get off work what will be the final outcome as I am not 100% these have shipped.

I am glad you guys are getting around to involving the police. As I said in an earlier post, if you contact your local police dept, they will forward the case to his local police dept and he will have to send your shocks or return your money, anything else is a felony. I own a web site www.tackoutlet.com and have had the local cops here, sent from someone in Colorado who was pissed at having to wait the 10 business days I hold their checks for. So it does work. |

Hey guys, got some news for ya!
I have a string of text messages from him today...here they go. So everyone, no more calling for the day...lol
Chad: "Hey man whats up"
Me:"What do you mean"
C: "Lets get this taken care of unless you have already taken care of it your way"
M: "No, lets do it the right way, what do you need from me"
C: " I am not a bad guy, I had the whole bike sold on ebay then they cancelled all of my auctions and I ddin't sell anything I have to sell all or nothing if I sell the shocks and nothing else I am F***** do you want to buy the whole bike with race motor shocks new exhaust for two grand come get it al lot of aftermarket parts and brand new blue plastics"
M: "I don't need a bike, I need my money. Since you can't sell just the shocks."
C: "Having people call me thats harassment"
M: "You stole from me, whats worse? Just make it right. Besides I didn't have ne1 call u."
C: "I am sending the item to you as long as you reverse all of the actions you have taken man"
M: "What actions? With what u already pulled, whos to say you will send them?"
C: "You have nothing to loose"
M: "Of course I do, $765! Send me the money or the shocks and once I receive, I will contact paypal, ebay and the others; including the Medina Sheriffs"
C: "If you called the police its to late and I will just wait and see what happens because you can't reverse charges if you file"
M: "I haven't pressed charges, just contacted to check my rights and if needed see what can be done."
C: "This happened to me and they told me its a civil matter and would have to be taken to court so they can't do anything but I don't want it to happen to you toojust because it happened to me you know"
M: "I was told something a little different. Eitherway, am I getting my money back"
C: "I am shipping what you bought"
M: "Sounds good! When?
C: "Let me clear it up with paypal and cops to see whats been done and what about all of your posts?"
M: "Paypal just closes your account until you make good on the deal...thats all. As far as the cops are concerned, i never gave them your name. What posts?"
C: "You are a good buyer and I feel bad I got screwed you know too, you deserve whats right"
M: "Thanks, I c u r a good person 4 contacting me. Lets clear all of this BS up.
C: "I have to call the police we will see what they say"
M: "I wouldn't worry with call the cops"
C: "I am sorry I wanted all of my auctions to go good and everyone happy. I will call after work I have to talk to the cops"
M: "ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Thats not how I do things"
C: "Ok we will get this done as quick as possible are you going to complain after you get the shocks and try to screw me"
M: "I will call PP once I receive
C: "Ok you are going to reverse the dispute and I can send the parts"
M: "Dude, I guarantee it! Besides if I drop the case and u don't ship I am screwed"
C: "After you received you don't have to do anything if you don't want"
M: "Actually I do! Eitherway, its in your court now. sh*t it and I will remove everything.
C: "You have no recourse if I don't ship anyways so lets do whats right and let me have my funds too"
M: "I will do whats right"
C: "I will do whats right on my end if you do thanks, if no whatever I am not wasteing anymore of your time I'll call you soon with the tracking number (2:24 pm)"
C: "Sorry man it didn't go the way I wanted anything you I will send along"
M: "Only what I paid 4.
Thats how it went...lets see if he calls!

This dude is a Jackass! He's basically trying to make excuses as to why he's sending you through all of this. And he thinks maybe that you're bluffing with him about the pressing charges and all too. He had no intentions on sending you anything and you need to have your ducks inline b/c he may decide to try you.

also if he gives you a tracking number and on ups.com it says 1 package at xxLBS don't drop the dispute. A lot of people will put rocks, bricks or books to make it look like your getting it and then you drop everything by time you actually get the goods.

So he did end up calling you? Sorry I didn't get back to you last night. I sent him a message this morning just asking him how things ended with you and what he was planning on doing? Well, I got them! Its funny, he said, they are 19 3/4 of an inch but I just measured them and they are 19 1/4...no biggie but he is an idiot.
The day I received them (about 2 hrs after I picked them up from USPS) I received a call from him telling me that he seen that I received them and wanted to know why I hadn't removed my claims...lol What a schmuck! He actually wanted me to rush when it took him months and many threats for me to get my stuff!!!!
Either way, today I removed my claims on paypal, just as I said I would.
THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR WHAT YOU DID!!!! I AM TRUELY GRATEFUL AND AM INDEBTED TO ALL OF YOU!!!!
A Special thank you goes out to LovenIt. She called him multiple times and I believe it was after her first call to him, he started responding to me.
