Rick and I are talking about starting a Southwest Florida ATV club. We are interested in who would like to join. Everyone is welcome. We need your support to keep our recreation alive.

Y'all might consider checking out Northportoffroad.com. I know it's a little further north of you but we are getting an organization together to try to get land in SW Florida to ride.

I agree. Im talking to one of the guys from miami and a jeep group from Ft. Myers to see if we can start a club or association or something like that to afront these issues that hurt us all. Hopefully enough people will go to the BBQ on 7/8 and we can start getting e-mail adresses, phone # 's and so on. I would really like to see a LEGAL fund started. I know if we get an attorney, we will win against SFWMD in the picayune, but we need legal representation, or start filing small claims law suit against them. Look at Public law 101-640 section 313. I think this could be applied to the picayune??

I'm native to Naples, though my Polaris 500 and I are currently in NC till the fall. I hope this riding area situation gets resolved as I would love to bring the wheeler home with me.
