Obviously you dont know the circumstances & shoul step back.It is fact she put her hands on the boy.WTF do you have a kid? If someone touched my daughters like that they would pay. The idea of someone in a teaching position to even touch is way out of line.Hell yea sue the heck out of the county ,teacher , government if my taxes go up some it would be WELL worth it.Nobody touches our kids!

Schools are notorious for cover ups. My wife teaches in Hillsborough Co. Last week a 3rd grader was shot in the face by a pellet gun in an apparent drive by during P.E. I have not seen or heard anything about this on the news. The kid complained about a stinging in his cheek & thought it was a wasp or somebody threw a rock or something. The "school-nurse" looked at him & he went back to class Huh Later that night at home it swelled up & his parents took him to the doctor, the Dr said the xray showed a pellet or bb lodged deep in his cheek. He had to remove it surgically. I think the school nurse should be fired & this should be made public to help with the investigation but I cant jeopardize my wife & name names yet. If it were my son we would be on O'Reiley by now!!!!

What the heck is the difference? If I grab a guy by the throat I will go to jail just the same as if I grab him by the throat & exert force to choke. We are talking about an ADULT -vs- 7yr Old KID!!!!! A 7yr old kid can be restrained w/o a choke hold. Like the last post asked, Do you have kids? Would you like me to grab your 7yr old by the throat...ever...for any reason? ANSWER: NO!!!!!

yes i have 2  one is in college and the other is 15  im not saying anybody should be choked  and the charges against her arent for choking there for grabbing . most of the problem in schools now the kids have no respect or discipline and the teachers have no control.if the kid was choked there should be something done about it but there is a difference between grabbing and choking .

1. what good comes from sueing the county .hmm. maybe next time they wont brush it off as if it were nothing.

2. pay more taxes.?  ....... dont get me started on that. how bout people coming into this country getting crap for free without ever paying a penny in taxes. wait its not free its our tax dollars.

3. grabbed him by the throat....... maybe its ok to grab kids by the throat where you come from.  i guess you dont mind someone grabbing your kid by the throat.

Roll Eyes Roll Eyes ::)Grabbing a 7yr old by the throat is ok inyour book? Man I tell you, your book is a bit outdated. It isnt just the forum frying the teacher, but the radio station also. They could be sued for libel if it were lies. Seems like you are trolling for drama.

You should be a defense attorney. She or he made a bad decision & should pay for it, you & I would if we did it to OUR OWN KIDS!!! Much less someone elses, who entrusted her/him with their childs well being. As for size or sex, that is weak. It could be a 300lb woman or a 125lb man it doesnt matter it is an ADULT who should show professionalism that she was taught & always remember the Golden Rule!

Listen here Pitts, I asked my son point blank, did the teacher put her hands around your neck and choke you, it is very important that you tell daddy the truth because someone could get in a lot of trouble over this. He looked me dead in the eyes and says yes daddy i'm not lying she choked me. PERIOD!!!

Everyone chill out, All Pitts is saying is that someone needs to get the teachers side. I know W and he is definitely all boy but he's also VERY respectful and a well behaved young man. Regardless of why the teacher did this, It should have never happened.
Keep in mind everyone, Pitts sin't saying that it was the right thing to do, He's just saying to get the teachers side. Then choke the s#$t out of her.  Grin

The sheriff's office says 1.Linda Jandrlich grabbed a 7 year old by the throat in February at Palm View elementary.  But prosecutors say the 2.amound of force used did not justify taking the case to court.

1. its not a question if she did it or not. charges werent placed because it was a question of force rather then if it actually occurred.

2. the question is "amount of force".  so how do you measure amount of force? by the color of the bruising, or did the child black out-and if so, for how long. oh wait lets get technical. we can use a torque wrench.

i would love to know what unit of measure the prosecuters used to determine "insufficient force" on the throat of a 7 year old.

yea true & let a parent rap his own child in the butt in public and see what happens.

The issue is the Foxckin teacher touched the child weather hard or not it is a child! Thats it.Hell If you push or spit someone it could be simple assault / battery & jail you come! What is the difference here for the darn teacher? Let alone a sub.Thats what training is for if the sub wasnt taught self control whats next .

This is a parent angry because of not getting proper justice for what was done to his son.He is a better man than I because I couldnt of restrained myself would have choked out the sub & I would be locked up from my children at this point.Dont you get it?He is looking for support here from friends not idiots to compound the situation and interject stupid comments to make him angrier.

Just think before you post Wink

All I am saying is that he was hysterical from the time he told my mother until they arrived at my place of employment and I was able to calm him and let him know he was safe. The 5 minutes of hysteria had my mother very upset thet time they got here. Again I asked my son to tell me the truth, he told me what happened and it just so happens that I have lunch with him on fridays quite often, so guess which friends he picks to have lunch with us at our own table. The 3 other kids that witnessed it. The principal took statements from all 4 kids. The strange part is that I believe 2 days later the detective shows up and questions all 4 kids, but strangly enough, the detective returns 2 weeks later and questions them again without any of the parents consent. Something smells fishy to me.

I respect that Mike you are right.

"Jandrlich asked the boy twice to be quiet while standing in a line at the school, one witness said.

"Stop talking," Jandrlich said as she grabbed the boy's throat, according to a classmate.

Trust me Pitts, I have a heart of gold and feel sick to my stomach of the thought of her being in big trouble and or worse, but on the other hand she was wrong for what she is accused of. My child or anybody else's should never have to be subject to that.

Thank you all for your support Thumbs Up
