hey I keep trying to create my own email but i dont know which server to use for incoming and out going either use POP3,IMAP, OR HTTP for incoming and outoing says SMTP.Iam running bellsouth dsl if that helps any.

both your incoming and outgoing should be set to
mail.bellsouth.net
POP3 is incoming
SMTP is outgoing
