Actually, it has a white haze to it. That's why it looks that way. Looks better out in the sun.

I thought the same once I was done with it... Actually had it a different color the last race at SM. I didn't like the color so I took it off when my carrier broke and sanded it down and redid it. Was thinking about just doing it flat black but didn't feel like bothering with it (lol).

I like the way it turned out with the white, does the whole swinger have the white effect like in different amounts of light, or is it blotchy?

Don't think so Dreth, that'd probably be a mess. I did my beadlocks today and they turned out nice. I do like this black. Will probably end up redoing my swinger... More work  Undecided

Thanx guys  Wink . I figured you'd like that one better. Actually I did it for someone else so my bike still has that haze look on it  Undecided  . Don't know if I'm going to change it or not. If anyone want's anything done PM and we'll set something up. Have a guy that wants me to coat his shock springs black also.
