I haven't heard that you can't, so I'd say yeah.  The 2nd camp is the one that you ride right off your campsite on, the first one you can't.  But they do have like a bike rack/fenced off area where everyone in that camp puts there bikes, so they walk to that and jump on the bike and go from there.  The two camp border each other, so the 2nd one is only a little more convinient than the other.  But as far as I've heard, you can still ride at Lake Delancy.

It's in Ocala, north of Big Scrub by about 30 minutes to 45 minutes if I can remember correct.

Here's the thread with the pics, they should work, they work for me at least.

Yes, I was there 3 weekends ago. All's well there, but, that's where the rangers told me that they'd soon be enforcing the title stickers law.

Miss Suzieblazer we went to Delancy Friday night and it's Delancy West that you can ride out of. We stayed for about 30 minutes. I have a 21' Toy Hauler that was empty on water and all they have is a hand pump at the east campground so anybody who reads this make sure you bring water because you ain't gettin none there. There is no hose bib for a hose. If you got a pail and a funnel go for it.
After we were unloaded and almost set up we repacked and went on down to Big Scrub. There was one other camper Friday night and Saturday my friend Mark and his family came down. There might have been 4 sites total being used. It was like we owned Big Scrub. Let me know what you think of the trail system.
