<a href="http://tinypic.com"><img src="http://i3.tinypic.com/zmd16p.jpg" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>
the day i bought her. man that was amazing.

the amazing thing is i only payed 1600 bucks on ebay and had a 5 hour ride to the tip of north florida.

i went riding in indiantown off  i95 onto martin highway exit last weekend so it was the first time riding and it had to be on a track hah was that a crazy choice. we get there and its all dirtbikes so they all gave me respect for being out on a track with all them. i stalled out like 5 times but other than that i think i did pretty good for the first time riding.

ummm, listen and learn, this is how i get my quad on the trailer, and back of the truck.
get a bud, you grab one front tire, and your bud grabs the other, you lift it, and out the front tires on the tail gate of the bed, then with the bike in a wheelie formation, you grab one rear tire, and your bud grabs the other, and then lift, and push the rest into the bed of the truck.
come on man i thought this was second nature to everyone...

but anyways congrats on your new bike.

Congrats on the new quad! I know i was ecstatic when i got mine. You can buy ramps for pretty cheap if you dont want to lift it too, just make sure they are as light as possible, because lifting ramps at the end of a long ride just pisses you off lol.

Klutch's idea works too, but i doubt you need a friend, i can lift my 400 by myself. So as long as your back isnt messed up, shouldnt be a problem.

enjoy the quad!

well since i was about 8 years old in New Jersey my older brother had about 3 dirtbikes so i always wanted one. then when i was about 10 he sold his last dirtbike and bought a 250ex quad. i was wayy more interested with that! it was so much cooler. so i bugged my dad since i was 10 till now that im 14 pratically 15 and we moved to Florida we had the money. I would give him some of my birthday/x-mas money and put it towards that every year but with from 10-15 i would give up hope beings quad are sooo very expensive and i had hardly enough. so a couple weeks ago my dad was like hey bobby there's a 300ex on ebay for cheap. lets try buying it. when i won the auction it was the best day of my life, besides the day i picked it up! so the truth all together is me and my dad bought it. but with all the respect throughtout the years ive gave him and being a good kid it all was worth it. so being good definetly pays off. so finally i have my quad but im the only one with one now im my family beings my older brother has his 400ex up in new jersey with him i have only my uncle with his 450 yamaha dirtbike! but its awesome. AND IM EXTREMELY HAPPY TO JOIN THE FLORIDA QUAD FAMILY.

Nice quad!, and I'm just wondering but in the very first pic of your quad where its in the garage, do I see half of an ATV?  I thought you said it was your first one...  Or are you saying that it is urs, and maybe that half of one is ur dads? lol, confusing but I need this question answered.

what you are looking at is a subframe, and rear plastics behind the 300ex. Wink

Ok first question..the quad you see by mine is my older brothers he had it down here when i got mine but sadly the engine got problems nd we didnt ride..yea like i said the 300ex is MY first quad.

Second question.. the 300ex is a 1997..pretty dam goodshape if you ask me..the thing was garage kept..the 400ex which isnt in florida anymore is a 2002..its a 440 with ac nerfs..DMC alien exhaust..tag bars..racing plastics..itp heavy duty rims with razr's all around..

thanks for all the action on this thread..cool to talk to other riders..

*raises hand*  Im not a rider yet.  I still dun have a quad.  Go to the forsale section and look for a thread title "2003 Honda 400EX with 416kit" or something to that effect.  I might be getting it Smiley.  Ive always loved quads all my life but could never afford one till now Grin
