Usually when somebody is selling something and it starts to get towards the bottom of the page. For fear of it going onto the 2nd page which normally will have less views they post a comment of "bump" to bring it back to the top of the first page. You'll also see "TTT" which means Turn To Top. Same thing. -Mark
