If anyone, or any group of people are interested in buying land in the area let me know.  I have been a Realtor in Marion County for over 20 years and will be glad to help.  If a group is interested, we might be able to find something we could use as a meeting place.  Call me anytime  352-895-3561 (cell) or nextel 162*177533*2  Terry

Well, what is available around Ocala. I would be interested in looking for 1 1/4 acre lot to build a house on. This would be for a permanent residence. You can email me the info. Basically looking for property with or without a house. Tony

Ida

I've never met Joe.  Your place does sound like the type location that would be great.

Tony

Call me on my toll free number 866-680-9717.  I am a member of the multiple listing service and if you tell me a little more about what you need.  Marion County is a very fast growing area.  Our unemployment is under 4%

For those of you that didn't get the chance to meet Grizzlybear (Terry). I had the pleasure this weekend and want to say that he is a stand up guy. He's been in Ocala for a lot of years and knows the area. I would feel comfortable calling Terry for help finding property.

And having met da mtg man, I would fell good about sending my clients to him for a mortgage.  Isn't this partially what this forum is about. Besides having fun with our toys, being able to meet people we can call on when we need something.

Id@ If I wasn't 4 + hours away I would bring a bobcat up there and help. I would be willing to help if you rented one or gottahemi2004 brings his. I would bring my dump truck, chain saw. What would you do with the trees/brush ? Can you obtain a burn permit ? We would have to ride also but we could do a three day weekend or something.
