If im thinking right the kfx has everything the same as the Z but just different plastics.

anyone know if kawasaki changed anything else.......

well the Z and KFX are the same for 05' the DVX didnt get the updates the Z and KFX did though.

yeah it was only the plastics until this year. Now the dvx is dragging butt until next year when they say things will catch up!

and they dont use the same name because then only one company would get rich off the bike. And you know as well as I do that it's all about the $$$$$ Grin

yea i kno its all because of $ and also because if someone dont like one company like artic cat then they can buy the z400 instead and its pretty much the same bike, but they dont loose a customer  Wink

Suzuki is the one that wins in the end.  Grin

and just for the record people that buy one instead of the other because of the name on the bike havent done their homework or else they just go buy the cheapest one!!
