I will be down in both miami (kendall) and fort lauderdale (daina beach) for the next two weekends. I have been looking on google earth to find places to ride and it looks like every thing is off of krome ave. I would appreciate any help finding somewhere to ride (not mx). Maybe a sandpit? Trails?

all the trails are off us27. Holeylands off us27 and the palm beach border, rinker on 137th Ave and SW8th Street Miami, and Hump in Homestead behind the Homestead speedway. no sand pits here unless you head up 4-5 hours to ONF

is this the hump? see attached file. The lower half of the pic looks like some trails. where is Holeylands off us27 and the palm beach border. Im trying to find them on google earth any help? Thanks guys

Is this were the holylands is? It was described as on the border of broward and plam beach line off of 27 in a post i just read.

the first pic you have by the turnpike has been fenced off for years, and the other pic just south of the stadium is the last place you want to go, several people have lost there bikes to the "brothers" at that riding spot.

how about south of the stadium?
They are building a Wal-Mart south of the stadium. That entire area is a no-go. Most of it is even fenced off. Too bad, the sand there was awesome. |

I've ridden in the one labeled A, it's a preety good spot, and is a little muddy, but should be nice and dry right now.

section b of 8th street is smaller now becaucr of housing develpoments but its alright holeyland is big and has lots of trails and a couple of camps im not sure on how wet or dry it is as of now but it has long levves and miles of prarie type settings. Even has some treestands.You odnt know what kind of any animals you will see.

You've got the Holeyland/Rottenberger/Everglades WMA photo correct. It's very dry right now, miles and miles of trails and some mud's left if you want that. However, it's only legal to ride south of the canal(Everglades WMA) and $50 fine if caught riding on the north side(Holeyland/Rottenberger WMA) before 1 May 06. As far as that photo of 137th/8th, I only ride in "B" and it's also very dry right now.

All these spots are good spots.So far they are leagle i went to the hump saturday and it was dry but there is still little wet spots here and there.What are you riding a ute or a sport?

I live in orlando and if any one knows any where along 95 or the turnpike to ride anywhere between orlando and miami please google earth it do a (print screen) and clip it to size in paint and post it.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't race but in the street , come on you mess it up for everyone! We just had the best place in Apopka (north orlando) closed down due to dumb @!ses burning stolen cars and doing drugs. |
