This crap is all greed & politics - I am in the real estate business and it's odd for real estate professional to disagree with developers. I am sick of these developers passing cash under the table to get what they want. I know they do, I have seen it in Broward and in Lee county. We are not the problem, the problem is the developers and dirty politicians.
