Venezuela Dictator Vows To Bring Down U.S. Government

Venezuela government is sole owner of Citgo gasoline company

Venezuela Dictator Hugo Chavez has vowed to bring down the U.S. government. Chavez, president of Venezuela, told a TV audience: "Enough of imperialist aggression; we must tell the world: down with the U.S. empire. We have to bury imperialism this century."

The guest on ! his television program, beamed across Venezuela, was Cindy Sheehan, the antiwar activist. Chavez recently had as his guest Harry Belafonte, who called Presiden t Bush "the greatest terrorist in the world."

Chavez is pushing a socialist revolution and has a close alliance with Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.

Regardless of your feelings about the war in Iraq, the issue here is that we have a socialist dictator vowing to bring down the government of the U.S .   And he is using our money to achieve his goal!

The Venezuelagovernment, run by dictator Chavez, is the sole owner of Citgo gas company. Sales of products at Citgo stations send money back to Chavez to help him in his vow to bring down our government.

down in hollywood florida I know  every cuban
hates castro and I hope people in cuba will stand up fight and take out castro
let one cubans become their own goverment decides to run good goverment.We know castro don't feed his own people very well and i think ellan gonzels should had the right live in miami

Chavez is acting like an arrogant leader, not much different than some of our own. And, he's just like a kid who turns to his parent and says, "I hate you". Not worth getting worked up over. He appears to have more an issue with Imperialism than with the U.S., itself. There's a difference and he still does take our money for oil. We create the market with our relentless thirst for oil and then blame, threaten and coerce oil producers over prices. He knew how critical Venezuelas oil is to the US and realized that he needed to support Chavez to further his agenda.

There were several attempts to take him in the early years of his reign, but obviously unsuccesful. He's not an easy target .

One the first things a communist or socialist type government does is to completely disarm its population ! Remember that , the next time any politician sponsors another gun control bill , or like they prefer to call it nowadays , Gun Safety bill ###.  A government that does not trust its people cant be trusted.

he hasnt been killed because he doesn't go running off at the mouth at other countries like these other fanatics. as much as i think castro is bad to his people i also think theres people like saddam and the taliban who are alot worse. i think the war in iraq was planned horribly but i do think it was good to take out saddam. the venezuela guy is an ass and should be killed. i know that people in venezuela do not like him because hes trying to take there land and make it goverment land. i think before we get this guy we should get iran and north korea first.
