Me and my friend decided to go out there today. We parked in this sopt i know pretty well back there. There was a group of maybe 22 other riders out there. We talked to like 3 owners out there and they said you have to stay off of the main rodes and try to stay in the northwest area. We were out there for maybe 6 hours with no problem. It was a blast.

We were out there weekend before last and we had MAJOR problems. Two deputys on ATV's stopped us when we were riding and said there was no riding except on private property you owned or were an invited guest on. They said riding on roads was against the law too, paved or dirt. Sent us away with a warning. We did not pack up and then two of our friends went to ride again towards the spillover. Another deputy in a truck stopped them and called the others back over. Since they had been warned he arrested both of them and had the bikes picked up. Bail was $1000 each. They have to go to court in November and cant get the bikes back until then, if ever. That is last time I will ride out there.
Everyone needs to remember this. I also know of one guy got beat up really bad on one of the canal roads when some group from a house did not like him riding so close to their property. And they burned his bike up too. Not worth it to me! |
