there was a dad and sone riding a 400ex double and the kid had some sort of seizure and crashed the quad in concrete pole and it blew up in flames. Tongue i thought it was pretty funny the kid was rolling around on the ground screeming. Cheesy

You have to remember it's TV. ALL they want is to sell the product, every media type is like that today. Paper, radio, TV, all of them. They don't have to tell the truth, you can't sue them, so they TELL THE STORY THAT SELLS THE MOST. They could care less about the truth or how genuine the info is.
Once many years ago I worked at a power plant in St Pete. There was a failure of a big fan motor. The 4160v breaker, about the size of a regular fridge, blew up like a big fire ball. Imagine a spark the size of your house. Well some guys got hurt, and as you can tell I know all the details, well the paper wrote it up. You wouldn't believe what they put into print. It was no where near the truth, like they were at a different town or something. At most they had about 2-3% truth to the story. I don't believe any of them until I get several reports of the same.
