I saw that on cops a couple weeks ago. I would question the collateral damage of a patrol car (not even getting hit by the train) that was caused by trying to stop a dirt bike haulin butt down the tracks. Why would you wreck the undercarriage of a car including the wheels to catch this guy?

What crime did the dirt bike operator commit, other than a misdemeanor traffic violation for riding on the street? I agree with VForce. That cop was going to drive on railroad tracks faster than a dirt bike could ride in the dirt? Reckless regard for taxpayer property(police car) and private property(tracks), not to mention the potential for injury to train passengers! Take his donuts away for a month.
