ok i bouught an atv from a GUY'S NAMED is Chad Shoemaker from Delray Beach he ran a pool business and he seemed nice but he never give me the TITLE.The bike is a 2001honda300ex and he sold it to me for $2000. Thank you

if it is a 2001, he may of not had it registered, u just gotta go to the dmv and give em your vin # and name and stuff and they can title it, a bill of sale helps, but u can do it withought one.( we did this with our 2001 utility quad that we bought new in '01)

I forgot to say that he owed $2000 to a bank and the bank had the title so this is what we think he did he toke the money and did not pay the bank and in three weeks when we did not get the title we tryed to call and his cell phone was disconnect. I have his address if some one would like it.

YOU CAN GO TO THE FOR SALE SECTION HERE ON THE SITE AND RUN THE VIN#  THEN YOU CAN HAVE THE PIECE OF MIND THAT YOU HAVE A CLEAN MACHINE.

Chuck, if he still owed the bank then they will come repo it. He should of at least had a certificate of origin if it was paid for in cash.

Did you get identification from him, like a copy of his Drivers license. To be sure his name was Chad Shoemaker.

Do a people search on www.yahoo.com and type in his name. There is a Chad Shoemaker in Lakeland with a phone number. May be the same guy. Try other People search websites also.

I didn't get a title with my banshee , Luckily all of the #'s  came out good , and I have abill of sale . I dunno what I was thinking when I bought it w/o getting a title ..
