New to the Engine 421cc Cheetah Cubs that are fully race ported, Hot Rods 4mm Stroker Crank, Ricky Stator fly wheel and 200watt stator also timing plate is at +5, NOSS Head with 17cc domes, V force 3 reeds and 36mm MIKUNI Flat Slide carbs

First off you have to be certain that your jetted correctly to run open header, Most of the enignes are design to benefit with some back pressure to induce cylinder scavenging. what are you trying to achieve by running open header? There are several pipes out there from inexspensive to over priced to suit your needs and wallet.

well just find a loud pipe to put on it, my bike and alot i hear at croom could wake up a neighborhood

I run an extremly loud pipe at the sand drags, it runs a little stronger on the top end but I would never run that exhaust any where else. The small increase is not worth making people mad. Take the spark arrester out, open up your air box, jet it properly and you will achieve for $20 a lot of increase. After that its big $$$$ for small increases.  Practice, practice, practice, a good holeshot is hard to beat.
