I had me computers speakers on mute and volume turned all the way down and I started to hear people talking so I tried turning it up and it went away, so I turned it back down and then there it was again, just some people talking in spanish. I showed my mom and she heard it to. I thought maybe it was coming in through the cable internet so I unplugged it and I still heard it. I got it on my sound recorder and I am gonna try and upload the file. What do you guys think it is? It's seriously freaking me out.

Lol, we unplugged the cable internet and still got the noise. If you download the file you have to turn up your volume all the way to hear it. It is people talking in spanish so IDK what it is saying.

I would, but I don't believe computer speakers are 2-way communicatable I showed 416EX rider the sound clip and he heard it too and said it sounds like spanish news.

Some kind of electronic interference. Weird stuff like that happens sometimes. I'd bet as long as the speakers have power it picks up the sound.

Yeah, I only hear it when the volume is all the way down. I even turned it all the way down and muted the computer just to make sure it wasnt my computer making the noises and I still heard it. I wonder why they are just now picking this up, they never did it before.

try getting youreself a portable radio that picks up FM and AM radio,,,then bring it next to the computer.
go up and down the dial on both bands to find the station you are picking up,,,most likely a spanish AM station is what your speakers are picking up. Amplified speakers on computers can sometimes pick up odd AM stations.
or, it's the meth.

Don't freak herr' Dr. .......... Ida is absolutley right. Any amplified speaker has the ability to pick up a tunable frequency and emit the sound. You see when most people look at a speaker they just see the pretty case its in....... However, under that warm glowing injection molded plastic facade lies the dark and seedy world of the... the.... the..... TRUTH! And the truth is that a speaker is simply a coned shaped device that vibrates at a specific frequency to emit sound. There are frequencies running around all over the place from the light you see to cosmic radiation that, thankfully, our ozone layer will hopefully continue to block out (otherwise we gonna get a little warm, dog....know what I mean ) Anywho speakers are designed to pick up only one portion of all the frequencies floating around out there. Those are the ones that happen to be called audio. Any they run in a particular band width range. And heres the neat part..........it don't matter where that audio be comin from brother........if it be strong enough.........it gonna make sound on the speaker and make the Dr. wee wee himself. So don't worry about it................. and remember knowledge is the best cure for fear........write that down.

I'll go with Ida on this one. Speakers are supposed to pick up a frequency and dispell it as sound, you're just picking up a station and whenever you raise the volume it's going to be over-shadowed by the computer.
