You need to get your bike titled with the state of Florida first.  You will definetly need your paperwork for that.  Here is a website to help you.  You need Adobe Reader to view it.  After you get your title check on Big Cypress's web site on how to obtain a permit.

When you bought your ATV from the dealer, he issued you a form HSVM 82040 Application for Certificate of Title. That's all you need to carry with you when riding WMAs or to obtain Big Cypress or Croom permits. If you don't have it, ask your dealer for a copy. He has one because the lien holder required him to provide it to them.

I just got back from spending five days at my camp in Big Cypress. Very muddy right now. Nice weather.

If you buy from a private(non-dealer) seller, have them sign over the title to you and go apply for a title transfer into your name. If the ATV was not titled, the owner should give you a Certicate of Origin and a bill of sale. If you didn't get a title or Cert of origin/bill of sale, you'll have to call your local tag agency for instructions and you may be able to sign some affadavit that it's not stolen. If it's been reported stolen or gets reported as stolen, they'll know where to find YOU.
