My fan on my DS650 is on it's way out. I was thinking of going to my local boneyard and pulling an electric fan off of a toyota or some other small foreign car. My question is if it's a 12 inch wide  fan but is able to fit behind my radiator is there any reason why it will not work or work properly? It would seem the more air circulation the better or am I missing something?

As long as you can fit it in there it will work.

Go to your local automotive electrical repair shop, they should have a motor that will fit for about 30.00 to 40.00 buck's. It will have the same plug also.  Jason
