i have a 300ex and the owner before me stripped and cracked part of the oil drain bolt and hole and they drilled and re tapped it but it kinda leaks out of the crack. idk what i should do. i think i should re drill and re tap it and fill the crack in with jb weld. any suggestions?HuhHuhHuhHuh

If the bolt works fine now just bring your engine to a welding shop and have them weld up the crack in the case.

I would try jbweld or marine tech first. Just be sure to clean the area real good, soap and water, let dry, then electric contact cleaner. It drys with no film at all. Patch it, let it sit over night, should be good to go.
