im not sure what the problem is...i hope the gears arent shredded but im thinking thats a possibility also it could be  the clutch plates or basket just wanted to see what yall think first

whewn i pull the clutch in and it is in gear it doesnt move...it will roll in neutral but not with the clutch in on any gear...my valves were tickin towards the end of a long day at my last ride at durhamtown and after washing my quad is when i noticed it wouldnt roll

mainly when i sat the quad on the grab bar to wash underneath and it was in gear and i just dropped it to put it down....please help

Does the clutch work when it is running?

I think I know what you are talking about...When you have the Clutch released you can be in any gear and it will act like it is in netural and not stall out right? If so thats what just happened to my Blaster and it is in the shop.

No, wrong, he saying when it is in first gear, he has the clutch ENGAGED he can push it but there is a lot of force. This goes for it in any gear. I had this happen on my quad and what happened was first gear lost some teeth and it tore up the main shaft and second gear.

When it's in gear and the clutch is engaged it will be harder to roll but it should move. IT could be that the clutch is not fully engaging. Or your friction plates and spring need to be replaced.  Try adjusting the clutch first.  I don't think washing your quad had anything to do with it.  My guess is that you need a new clutch kit.  -Mark
