With the HRC end cap most people are running a 180 to 185. I don't know about stock exhaust. Try www.450rhq.com ot www.trx450r.org.

correct me if I am wrong but doesnt the HRC kit also come with cams? I was under the impression that the HRC kit delivers a pretty good power punch for the Honda 450R

yea i mean it does but u can bump a tooth on the cam and get alot more from what im told..
and if u want to buy a whole new hrc kit go for it but jetting it and taking off the lid is a cheap and mega powerful way to help ur bike..
