crf 230 tire question

I have a crf 230 dirt bike. I wanted to know how much air should I put in each tire for riding most sand and some dirt?

Depends on the tire your riding on.  Im thinking somewhere like.....12-15 Front & 9-12 In Rear.  I may be wrong but thanks what I think.  Always have less in the back for better traction.
