 i just bought this machine and it had burned piston.went .020 on new piston.new gsks.rings.has blue spark/gas/air.just get back fire.question?are these machines prone to shearing flywheel keys? thnx hank

Welcome to the forum Hank!!!!!!!!!! Try going to www.polarisatvforums.com & ask.  Its a very good web site with lots of helpfull & knowledgable people that should be able to answer your ?.
Once there click on the ATV Forum @ the top of the page next to Home, scroll down to Polaris Model Specific Discussions & click on the Trail Boss section & take a look, post your ? there!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this helps. I'm not very knowledgable on the older wheelers!!
